Overview (1) Next Gen Talco Tank and Pump System (TPS). The unit is in scrap condition. The system is designed to provide water supply to residential fire sprinkler systems. Dimensions are approximately 50" L x 32" W x 80" H with an estimated weight of 300 pounds. The system includes a water tank with 200-300 gallon capacity, Century 1½ HP pump, and controls. Additional missing items or damages may not be visible during inspection. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, 7AM-2:30PM, weather permitting, by confirmed appointment only. A 24-hour notice is required. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment.
