Full Description
The JASCO PAC-743 is a temperature-controlled cell changer used with JASCO UV-Visible spectrophotometers. It uses the Peltier effect to heat or cool samples to a precise temperature. It can hold and automatically measure multiple sample cells, depending on the cell block used. It is commonly used for temperature-dependent measurements, including DNA melting and determining melting temperature (Tm).
