We strongly encourage bidders to inspect items of interest prior to the close of the auction. WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS. Winning bidder must provide proof of identity with a legal photo ID. No item will be released without proper ID and bring a copy of your paid receipt. The name on the ID must match the name on the PublicSurplus,com receipt. The winning bidder must provide their own labor and materials to remove items from the warehouse and must take all items at time of pickup. If you abandon any items, you may be blocked. Abandoned items will be disposed of according to city policy. Bidders may contact a local shipping company to pick up, package, and ship their item(s). We do NOT pack, we do NOT place them in a box for you. We do NOT create a shipping manifest for you. If someone other than the bidder is picking up your item, please email a letter of authorization with the following: 1. Third party name and company name (if applicable) 2. Bill of Lading (if applicable) 3. Auction number, lot number, and item description 4. Your name or company name, complete address and phone number as well as a copy of your (Bidder s) Driver License or legal photo ID. NOTE: Third party will be required to sign a receipt for the property and provide proof of identity. This must match what is given on the email. PAYMENTS must be made within ten (10) days of the auction close. Your bid is a decision to buy this item. Payment must be made within 10 days (Mon-Fri) of auction close. Ample time is provided to view items before the auction ends. Customers will not be allowed to view an item and then decide whether they will pay for it. All items included in the lot are required to be picked up within 10 BUSINESS days from making payment . Items not picked up within this period will be deemed as abandoned material and disposed of according to city policy, unless notification is given and approved for a later pick up. This includes relisting item(s) on the auction site. There is no refund for items abandoned. Management reserves the right to block/ban customers who abandon property or refuse to pay for an item.
