John Deere Model 770 Tractor 1991 Model compact tractor. Gear driven with a high/low 4 forward 1 reverse transmission; it is not equipped with hydraulics or power steering. Has turf tires. The tractor has been sitting for quite a while and has some slight visible damage from both the elements and rodent/animal invasion. We do have a key for the tractor, and it is believed to be in running order with some effort. It has not been run for a couple of years but was running and everything was in working order when it was parked. Buyers must sign Bill of Sale at the Snead State Business Office prior to removal of items. Buyers are responsible for REMOVAL and LOADING of all purchased items. Removal must occur before 1 PM, Monday-Thursday by appointment only. If purchased equipment requires a lull / lift, the buyer must provide ALL appropriate equipment and labor to remove items.
