All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties or guarantees. IMPORTANT REMOVAL NOTICE: Buyer is solely responsible for removal, handling, packing, loading, and transportation of all items. The College will NOT provide personnel, equipment, or assistance with loading or removal. Buyer must arrive prepared with all necessary labor, vehicles, equipment, and packing materials.
