Item(s) are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, expressed or implied. Descriptions and photos are provided as a guide only. Condition, defects, or missing parts are not guaranteed. No returns. All sales are final. PROPERTY IS LOCATED ON JOINT BASE LEWIS-MCCHORD (JBLM). Buyers are responsible for meeting all installation access requirements. PICKUP & REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS: • Removal is by appointment only.
