Kolpak walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer combination installed together as one connected system. The cooler and freezer are being sold together as one complete lot. The combined assembled dimensions are approximately 15'5" x 28'10" x 8'6 1/4". Original equipment cost for the cooler and freezer was $91,500.33. An additional $42,000 was spent on the original turnkey installation, including electrical, piping, drain lines, roof flashing, and related installation work. This equipment is currently installed in a warehouse and will require professional disassembly and removal by the successful bidder. IMPORTANT: This is not a simple pickup item. The successful bidder is responsible for providing all labor, tools, equipment, supervision, disassembly, rigging, loading, transportation, and other resources necessary for removal. The buyer's disassembly/removal crew must be properly insured. Proof of insurance may be required before any work begins on site. Seller will not provide disassembly, labor, rigging, loading assistance, or transportation. An inspection prior to bidding is strongly encouraged due to the size and complexity of the equipment and the removal process.
