No service of any kind will be furnished by the City. This is a used and untested piece of equipment. Unit(s) may contain defects not immediately detectable or known about. Bidders are highly encouraged to inspect prior to bidding. No warranties or guarantees. Sold "As Is, Where Is". No refunds. Removal hours are from 8 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Payment must be made within five (5) business days of close of auction.
