Condition & Markings Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The lot consists of six pallets with varying quantities and types of laptop bags. Individual bag conditions may vary within the lot. Exact quantities and specific bag types cannot be guaranteed without inspection. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Pickup Schedule: Property can be viewed and picked up Monday through Friday, 0700-1400 hours with at least 24 hours prior notice required for access. Site Access Requirements: Government issued or state issued Real ID compliant license is required for entry to the federal property. Multiple Loads: Multiple loads and site visits may be necessary for complete removal. The successful bidder must take all six pallets. Authorized Personnel: Only the person identified on the transfer order or their agent identified in writing will be allowed to pick up the property.
