Salt Lake County, Utah is offering for auction one large lot consisting of approximately 1,155 commercial office workstations. Pickup Location: 799 W Coliseum Way Midvale, UT 84047 Lot includes: Quantity 155 – Workstations with 48" x 24" desks, 52" high dividing panels, and spine power Quantity 500 – Workstations with 60" x 30" desks, 42" high dividing panels with spine power, box/file mobile pedestal, and right-hand side privacy screen Quantity 500 – Workstations with 60" x 30" desks (NO BASE), 42" high dividing panels with spine power, box/file mobile pedestal, and right-hand side privacy screen Total Quantity: Approximately 1,155 Workstations This auction is for the ENTIRE LOT. The successful buyer is responsible for removing all approximately 1,155 workstations. The County will not separate the lot. IMPORTANT REMOVAL REQUIREMENTS: Buyer must provide all manpower, supervision, tools, carts, dollies, moving equipment, packing materials, trucks, trailers, and transportation necessary to disconnect, move, load, and remove the entire lot. The workstations include spine power. Buyer is responsible for disconnecting the workstations from the building power system as part of the removal process. Salt Lake County will NOT provide labor, loading assistance, moving equipment, tools, forklifts, trucks, or transportation. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) will be required from the removal company prior to removal. Multiple trucks and multiple trips are permitted. Semi-truck access to the property is available; however, the buyer is responsible for determining whether its specific vehicles and equipment are suitable for access and removal. The County is targeting complete removal of the entire lot by October 23, 2026. Buyer must have sufficient manpower, equipment, and transportation available to complete removal by this date. All pickup and removal must be scheduled and coordinated in advance with Salt Lake County. Due to the size of this lot and the removal requirements, bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to bidding and independently determine the labor, electrical work, equipment, trucking, and transportation necessary to complete the removal. All quantities and measurements are approximate. Buyer is responsible for verifying quantities, dimensions, configurations, condition, and removal requirements prior to bidding.
