Can be bolted to the ground or attached to a wall. Item has been used for a long time on site. Has old Army style look. Product is sold "as-Is" Item is located inside Presidio of San Francisco at 1242 Warehouse. Recipient must contact Property Custodian prior to entering facility in order to access item. Appointment must be scheduled by email using the POC information provided. No special equipment is needed to remove item. Presidio will not ship or deliver item.
