This lot contains 22 items: Large Wood Dining Table (in 4 sections) Wood Hutch (4 glass doors on top with 4 solid door cabinets below) - some glass panels missing - contents of hutch are NOT included 20 Wood Padded Chairs (Maitland-Smith) Used - good condition. Sold as is where is. One section of the table has a 2x2 inch scratch but otherwise surface is good. Buyer is responsible for removing items from building and loading them into buyer's vehicle. Seller will provide no assistance. There is a loading dock of normal dock height on this floor. Winning bidder must be able to pass background check to gain access to military base.
