Sales to Employees: Pursuant to MS Code 25-4-105 (3) (b), school board members and district employees, as well as the spouses and dependent children of the school board members and the district employees of the Seller are *NOT ELIGIBLE TO BID* on the property listed for auction. *️⃣*️⃣*️⃣ PLEASE NOTE ... DUE TO THE COST OF MATERIALS, THE FOLLOWING CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE: ✳️✳️ Currently stored loose on 1 pallet, additional charges will apply for boxes (see below). ⭐⭐ SEE ATTACHED PDF FILE FOR SERIAL #'S OF THE LAPTOPS IN THIS LOT ⭐ Buyer arranged shipping will be accepted (see below for materials/handling fees by Seller), but the Buyer will be responsible for selecting their own carrier, negotiate rates, shipping terms, and will remit payment directly to the carrier/shipper of their choice. At NO time will the Seller be liable for any shipping fees. Buyer will provide their own shipping insurance and will NOT hold the Seller liable for any damage incurred during shipping. ⭐ The Seller will shrink wrap the pallet and apply the prepaid label to the outside of the pallet/box. Every effort will be made to package the items in a safe and secure manner, but the Seller is NOT liable for damages incurred during shipping. ⭐ A 'Prepaid Label Shipping Waiver for Assets Won on GovDeals' MUST be completed and returned to the Seller prior to pick up. If this is not completed, the Seller will NOT release the items. ⭐ IF the Buyer arranges their own shipping, there will be a materials/handling FEE of $50.00 PER PALLETor LOT.
