Condition: UNKNOWN THICK, HEAVY DUTY FRAMIMG. WELL BUILT COUCHES AND CHAIRS. REALLY THICK CUSHIONS NEED TO BE REPLACED OR REUPHOLSTERED. ALL OF THEM HAVE TAPE ON THEM. May have visible wear and tear on all items. Operational, working, and mechanical conditions are unknown. These are Used Items. Parts and/or pieces may be missing or inoperable. BUYERS MUST PAY SALES TAX REGARDLESS OF TAX EXEMPTION STATUS **ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED, NOTHING WILL BE LEFT AT OUR SITE** We check the history of our bidders. If we find that you are bidding and have been blocked, you may be disqualified and removed from consideration. Pick-ups by Appointment only. Appointments/ Pick-ups are Mon-Thur. 7:30 am. To 2:00 pm. Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after the date of the Notice of Award of the successful bid. The winning bidder MUST provide their own labor and materials to remove the item(s) from the warehouse and must take all items at the time of pickup. Vehicles must be towed from the property. If the buyer sends a shipping company, the buyer assumes all responsibility, FOB shipping point. The sale occurs at the shipping point and the District is not responsible for items lost in transit and or damage. We are not experts on the items listed for auction. We receive these items from multiple sources and are not responsible or accountable for the condition in which we receive them. WE DO NOT INSPECT EVERY ITEM TO SEE IF IT WORKS OR THE CURRENT CONDITION IT IS IN. All of our items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, as to the relist the auction. condition.
