The transmission only operates in reverse gear. The tires are in deteriorated condition and require replacement. The equipment has been parked and unused for over one year. Additional mechanical issues may exist but are unknown due to lack of technical evaluation. No technician is available to validate equipment deficiencies or identify all required repairs.
