This item is Lot 20 York Barbell STS Commercial Glute Ham Developer (GHD). These are Health and Human Performance items from MTSU and are being sold as one lot. Below is the description I received from the department. Description: Professional-grade York Barbell Strength Training Series (STS) Glute Ham Developer. Built with a heavy-duty, commercial-grade 11-gauge steel frame in silver. Designed to target the glutes, hamstrings, and lower back. Features a comfortable twin-pad/split-pad design, adjustable-height dual ankle roller stabilizers, a large diamond-plate footplate, front assistance handles, and a chrome adjustment track with 29 horizontal adjustment positions. Extremely durable, versatile, and in excellent used condition with thick, clean black upholstery and fully functional pull-pins. These are currently on the campus of the university.
