The email MUST include the name of the buyer listed on the Bill of Sale, location, lot number, and the first and last name of the person who will be picking up. This email will serve as the buyer's official release authorization and the person picking up will be required to present a valid GOVERNMENT ISSUED picture identification card before anything can be removed.
