None of the units have hard-drives. Units power up to the setup screen, but have a password lock that we do not have, and cannot get. as you can see in the pictures. Ther are no power supplies with the units. The units are used and may have other damage, defects, or problems that are not immediately detectable. What you see in the pictures is all that we have for the unit. Miami-Dade County strongly recommended physical inspection of the items. We do not know the condition of the unit.
