Condition: FAIR Performance Curves available attached to this auction. This auction is for a Lot of 3 Liquiflo pumps with attached WEG motors. These were purchased for a new process in a wastewater treatment plant, but were never put in service as they were deemed to not be suitable due to flow rate needed for the process and removed. Performance curves are attached as a PDF, please review this document to answer any inquiries regarding the specifications of the pumps/ motors themselves. A VIEWING/INSPECTION IS SCHEDULED ON 9/2/2026 FROM 10AM - 1PM, YOU MUST SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO VIEW/INSPECT DURING THIS TIME . We are a secured facility so you must schedule an appointment in advance to pick up items you have won. Appointments are made Monday through Thursday 8:00 am - 1:00 pm and must be scheduled prior to arrival or the guards will turn you away. We are closed 11:00-11:30 every day. You MUST sign and date all paperwork prior to picking up items. Paperwork will be sent to you once auction ends and payment has been made. You may then contact Sacramento Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant and arrange for a mutually convenient pick-up time. You must bring to the pick-up location (1) the Notice of Award, (2) the Paid Receipt and (3) personal picture identification (such as a Driver License). You must present all three identification items at the scheduled pick-up, or the auction item(s) will not be released to you. - All sale items are sold "as is and where is". It is the bidder's responsibility to personally view the items upon which he/she bids and assure him/herself as to its condition and as to its meeting the bid description. - NO REFUNDS, NO GUARANTEES Removal Terms and Conditions. Buyer must remove auction item (s) from the agency premises within ten (10) business days after the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award. If the Buyer, after making payment for an item, fails to remove the item within the specified time, the agency reserves the right (1) to retain all payments; and (2) to dispose of the item through another auction or otherwise. Buyer must make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of property awarded to Buyer from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Notice of Award. Under no circumstances will agency or agency staff assume responsibility for advising, supervising or assisting in any way the packing, loading or transporting of auction item (s). Buyer assumes all liability for damage to the property due to Buyer's packing, loading or transporting of said property. Buyer shall be liable to and reimburse agency for any damage to agency's property caused by Buyer's or Buyer Agent's removal of auction item (s) from the premises. No maintenance may be performed on agency's property. The Sacramento Area Sewer District (Sac Sewer) reserves the right to cancel the property transfer if the vehicle or process used by the buyer is deemed unsafe by Sac Sewer or SASD staff.
