## LOT OF (4) COMMERCIAL PROPANE FLOOR BURNISHERS / BUFFERS **Condition: Used – Untested / Operational Condition Unknown** You are bidding on a lot of **three (3) commercial propane-powered walk-behind floor burnishers/buffers**. These machines were previously used in a school/facilities environment for commercial hard-floor maintenance and polishing. ### LOT INCLUDES * **(4) Commercial propane-powered floor burnishers/buffers** * Gas/propane-powered engines * Walk-behind operator handles * Large floor burnishing/polishing decks * Propane tank mounting brackets * Associated components currently attached to the machines **Propane tanks are NOT included unless specifically shown and stated otherwise.** ### CONDITION **ALL THREE MACHINES ARE UNTESTED AND OPERATIONAL CONDITION IS UNKNOWN.** These units have been removed from service and have not been tested for this auction. Seller does not know the current mechanical condition of the engines, fuel systems, starters, electrical systems, clutches, drive components or burnishing assemblies. Machines may require repairs, maintenance, replacement parts or other service before use. One or more units may be suitable for repair or parts only. Inspection is by appointment only. ### REMOVAL Buyer is responsible for all labor, loading, equipment and transportation required for removal.
