palletized lot of mixed desktop computers from multiple manufacturers. This lot contains a variety of tower and small form factor desktop systems, including HP, ByteSpeed, ACE, and other computers. Units vary in age, model, configuration, and cosmetic condition. Models and identifying information visible in the lot include, but are not limited to: - HP ProDesk 400 G3 MT Business PC - HP ProDesk 400 G1 MT - HP ProDesk 400 G1 SFF - HP Compaq 4000 Pro Small Form Factor - ByteSpeed desktop computers, including Performance-series systems - ACE desktop computers - Multiple systems displaying Intel Core i5 processor labels - Additional assorted desktop computers as shown in the photographs Some computers include optical/DVD drives, USB ports, audio ports, Ethernet connections, DisplayPort, VGA, DVI and/or other standard computer connections depending on the individual unit. CONDITION: These computers are surplus equipment and are being sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. The units have NOT been individually tested for functionality. Operational condition is unknown. Some units may function properly, while others may require repair, parts, configuration, or may be suitable for parts/recycling only. The seller has not completed a detailed inventory of the processors, memory/RAM, optical drives, power supplies, motherboards, expansion cards, or other internal components contained in each individual computer. IMPORTANT – HARD DRIVES / DATA STORAGE: Due to IT asset disposition and data-security procedures, hard drives and other data-storage devices may have been removed, wiped, destroyed, or otherwise processed prior to sale. Hard drives are NOT guaranteed to be included in any computer unless specifically stated otherwise. Buyers should assume that operating systems, software, licenses, user data, and storage drives are not included or guaranteed. Computers may have missing components, covers, drive blanks, cables, accessories, or other parts. Units show normal signs of previous institutional/commercial use including dust, scratches, scuffs, labels, adhesive residue, marker writing, dents, and other cosmetic wear. Please review all photographs carefully for additional information regarding the overall quantity, models, configuration and physical condition. No monitors, keyboards, mice, power cords, software, manuals or other accessories are included unless specifically pictured and stated as included. The photographs are considered part of the description. What is pictured is what is being offered. This is a bulk palletized lot and will be sold together as one lot. Seller will not separate individual computers. INSPECTION At the seller’s discretion, inspection may be permitted. Inspection is by appointment only. Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to bidding and satisfy themselves as to the condition, quantity and suitability of the equipment. REMOVAL Buyer is responsible for all labor, equipment, transportation, loading, packing and removal of the property. Buyer should arrive with an appropriately sized vehicle and all equipment necessary to safely remove the lot. Seller does not guarantee that loading assistance, packing materials, pallets, straps or transportation equipment will be available. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Seller makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
