Full Description

Lot of 6 Retired Mueller Fire Hydrants – Scrap / Parts / Decorative Quantity: 6 Manufacturer: Mueller Condition: Used / Retired from service Description Lot of six (6) retired Mueller fire hydrants removed from municipal service. Units are typical dry-barrel style with yellow factory paint that is weathered, faded, and peeling in places, with surface rust on barrels, flanges, and lower sections. Several have longer bury/extension barrels or attached pipe sections still connected (rusty cast/ductile iron). Bonnets, operating nuts, side hose nozzles, and pumper connections are generally present as shown in the photos, but internal components, gaskets, and functionality have not been inspected or tested. These are not suitable for return to active fire protection service. Ideal for scrap metal, parts recovery, or decorative/landscaping use only. What you see is what you get. Refer to the photos for exact condition, configuration, and length variations. No guarantees on completeness of internals, nozzle caps, or operability. Key Notes Heavy cast iron/ductile iron items – buyer must provide appropriate vehicle/trailer and loading equipment (forklift, straps, etc.). Seller can assist with loading by prior arrangement if equipment is available. Photos attached show the hydrants on pallets in outdoor storage. Additional close-ups available upon request.
