LOT OF SEVEN (7) TRUE & TRAULSEN COMMERCIAL REFRIGERATORS AND HEATED HOLDING CABINETS Gordon County Schools is offering for sale one lot of seven (7) commercial food-service units consisting of four (4) commercial refrigerators and three (3) commercial heated holding cabinets/warmers. These units were previously used in a school food-service/cafeteria environment. All seven units were working when removed from service. The equipment has not been fully tested since being removed from service. Seller makes no representation or guarantee regarding current operating condition. Units show normal signs of commercial use and may have scratches, scuffs, dents, stains, discoloration, residue and other cosmetic wear consistent with age and previous use. Bidders should review all photographs carefully for condition and equipment included in the sale. Photographs are considered part of the description. Prospective bidders are encouraged to inspect the equipment prior to bidding. Equipment is being sold AS-IS No warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied regarding condition, operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, refrigeration performance, heating performance, compressors, controls, thermostats, electrical components, door seals or any other components. No repairs or servicing will be performed by the seller prior to pickup. Buyer is responsible for verifying electrical requirements prior to installation or operation. Inspection is available by appointment only during normal Gordon County Schools business hours. (7:00-3:00 Weekdays) Winning bidder is responsible for all labor, loading, equipment and transportation necessary to remove the purchased equipment. These are large commercial food-service cabinets. Buyer should arrive with an appropriately sized truck/trailer and all personnel and equipment necessary to safely load and transport the units. Seller is not responsible for securing, packaging or transporting the equipment. Pickup is by appointment only during normal business hours. All equipment must be removed within the time period specified by Gordon County Schools/GovDeals.
