Lot of Appliances - Refrigerators, Oven Ranges, and Air Conditioners

Full Description

Lot of used appliances from University owned Penn House Apartments complex. Condition is used. Sold as is. To the best of my knowledge all appliances are in working condition but there is a chance that a few might not be or have some sort of issue, surface rust, etc. Again, these are well used appliances. This apartment complex will soon be torn down which is why the appliances are being sold. There are 18 refrigerators. I believe they are all Frigidaire brand and approximately 16 cu ft size. There are 26 oven ranges. I believe they are all Frigidaire brand and are standard 30 inch size with 4 stove top eyes. There are 30 air conditioners. There are multiple brands and are 12,000 btu and have both A/C and heat. The apartment complex is 2 separate buildings. Each building is 2 stories. Stairs only, no elevator. Winning bidder is responsible for removal. JSU will not assist. Removal must be done during week days between the hours of 7am - 3pm. You will be given 2 consecutive days to complete the removal. If you cannot remove everything in 2 days, do not bid. You should come prepared with an adequate crew and moving trucks to make this a quick job. The photos attached are of appliances out of 4 randomly selected units. This should give a general representation of the lot. One of the photos is of a list that shows the unit numbers and which appliances are available within each unit. For example, unit 101 has only the oven range and air conditioner available, where unit 102 has all 3 appliances available. An onsite visit is recommended prior to bidding. I can randomly show you units, but will not show you every single unit. I don't have time for that. To schedule an onsite inspection, send email to talaw@jsu.edu.
