LOT OF APPROXIMATELY 15 PIECES OF GA SYSTEMS SPEEDEE SERVE LINE EQUIPMENT Assortment of approximately 15 remaining pieces of surplus cafeteria serving line equipment originally offered as part of a larger lot. Equipment was removed from multiple school sites and includes various stainless-steel serving line cabinets with inset wells, lids, and related components. Some units have overhead frame structures. The original lot included GA Systems Speedee Serve Line F3, D5, G5, TS12, and CS20 units. The specific models and quantities of the remaining pieces have not been individually verified. Refer to photographs for the equipment included in this auction. Photographs show the general appearance and variety of the remaining items. THIS AUCTION IS FOR THE ENTIRE LOT ONLY. Individual units will not be sold separately. The winning bidder must purchase and remove the entire lot. Multiple pickup appointments may be accommodated with prior District approval, if necessary. Items visible in the background of photographs are not included unless they are part of the serving line equipment being auctioned. CONDITION Equipment was removed from service at multiple school sites and has been stored outdoors for several months. The wells have previously accumulated standing water due to weather exposure and may collect water again due to rainfall before pickup. The wells may contain dirt and debris from outdoor storage. Operational condition is unknown. Some units may have been operational when removed from service, while others may not have been working. The District has not tested the equipment since removal from service and cannot verify the functionality of the remaining units. The District makes no representation regarding functionality, completeness, or overall condition. Electrical requirements vary and may include both 110V and 220V units. Equipment may be suitable for refurbishment, parts recovery, reuse, or scrap metal salvage. INSPECTION Bidders are responsible for determining the condition, completeness, dimensions, weight, suitability, and removal requirements of the equipment before bidding. Due to scheduling constraints, inspections may be limited. Prospective bidders may contact the District to inquire about inspection availability. REMOVAL The winning bidder is responsible for all labor, equipment, transportation, loading, and removal costs. Equipment is large and heavy and may require specialized moving equipment. Removal may require multiple trips due to the size and quantity of the equipment. The winning bidder must meet District staff at the District Office to complete pickup documentation and will then be escorted to the storage location. The storage location is within a few minutes of the District Office. All pickup arrangements, including any additional pickup appointments, require prior approval from the District. District staff will not disassemble, palletize, load, or otherwise prepare the equipment for transport. SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS. No warranties are expressed or implied. No refunds, returns, or adjustments will be made after award.
