This lot consists of the items that are listed on the equipment document record. This document is a detailed description of the property. The sheet is located under the documents section that can be downloaded. Viewing is highly recommended. The condition is listed as usable. The condition and pictures are not warranted. It is highly recommended that you inspect the property before bidding. Repairs may be required. Deficiencies when known have been added to the item description. The absence of any deficiencies does not mean that none exists. Successful bidders should contact the custodian prior to removal for specific building and loading policies. Bidders must comply with all building rules and policies during the removal process. The successful bidders and/or their agents will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary to remove the property, including packing, loading, and transporting the property. The Federal, State and local governments are not a party to the agreement between the successful bidder and third-party shipping company and bears no responsibility to the successful bidder and/or shipping company as it relates to their agreement. The Government is not responsible for any disputes, storage fees, removal costs, or outstanding financial balances between a successful bidder and their third-party shipping company. Federal employees will not suggest or endorse shipping and/or packaging companies. ***Hazardous material clause: For any hazardous material sold at gsaauctions.gov , the purchaser will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations with respect to the care, handling, storage, shipment, resale, export, or other use of the material purchased. The purchaser will hold the government harmless from any and all debts, liabilities, judgements, costs, demands, suits, actions, or other claims of any nature arising from or incident to the handling, use, storage, shipment, resale, export, or other disposition of the hazardous items purchased. * The successful bidder of this lot will be required to sign a Hazardous Material letter before attempting to remove this property from its current site.
