Lot of Burke Playground Equipment Equipment is in fair condition. Platforms are worn and may need replacement & bubble viewing window is missing. See photos. Support poles are anchors and sunk in concrete. The winning bidder will be responsible for dismantling and removing all equipment within 14 days of the end of the auction. The Village of Coal Valley will offer no assistance other than providing the buyer access to the equipment. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. The Buyer is responsible for dismantling equipment which will include removal of concrete footings. Buyer is responsible for obtaining all labor, tools or equipment necessary to dismantle and remove the playground equipment. In addition, concrete footings associated with all equipment must be removed and hauled off site. Winning bidder will be required to sign a Hold Harmless Release and Indemnification Agreement before dismantling and removal can begin.
