Inspection All bidders should inspect all items before bidding. This lot is being sold on behalf of the City of Eagan. Inspection will be by appointment only 7:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Please contact Brian Thom at 651-675-5321 to schedule an appointment. Removal All assets must be removed within 10 business days of lot closing. Removal will be by appointment only 7:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Winning bidders should contact Brian Thom at 651-675-5321 a minimum of 24 hours prior to desired pick up to schedule an appointment for removal. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Winning bidder must be present when item is collected, provide identification, valid drivers license and valid insurance if the vehicle is to be driven. Title transfer is required before taking possession of the item and winning bidder is responsible for associated costs unless the winning bidder is a licensed motor vehicle dealer. If there are any issues with the item at the time of removal, resolve them with the Seller BEFORE THE ITEM IS REMOVED. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, dismantling (if applicable), loading and transportation of the property.
