Condition: SEE DESCRIPTION Lot of Cisco Networking Equipment. Nexus 7700 & 3850 Switches, 2300 Fabric Extenders. Please see photos. IMPORTANT: A Buyer Premium of 18% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment. The premium will be visible during the bidding process and will be included in the payment required. Please bid accordingly. These item(s) are used and show signs of use and wear. Some parts or pieces may be missing. NO OTHER INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE. All Auction Items are sold AS IS , WHERE IS with NO WARRANTIES Implied or Expressed. Item counts may vary slightly. Condition of auction items are Unknown unless otherwise stated, please see photos for more details. If you have questions about any auction items, please ask your question on the auction page and it will be answered as soon as possible. REMOVAL: You must provide a copy of your paid receipt and ID verification to pick up items. OCDE Staff will NOT be available to assist buyers with loading or removal of vehicles, equipment, items. Successful bidders will be responsible to provide all labor and equipment needed to safely remove item(s). Buyer must remove auction item(s) from the agency premises within ten (10) Business Days after the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award. If the Buyer, after making payment for an item, fails to remove the item within the specified time, the agency reserves the right (1) to retain all payments; and (2) to dispose of the item through another auction or otherwise. Buyer shall be liable to and reimburse Orange County Department of Education for any damage to OCDE property caused by Buyer's or Buyer Agent's removal of auction item(s) from the premises.
