The Successful Bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to michelle.etsitty@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Required for Professional Use Intention and/or License Verification. Overview Lumenis Versapulse PWR suite 100W4 holmium YAG laser with Novasure RF controller RF 10. The item is in used condition. Both units are mounted on the same cart and were previously in operational use as planned replacement items that became excess equipment. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Units were previously operational but removed from service as planned replacements. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability.
