Rough estimate 64 X 32 **** All items must be picked up from the below location. All items can be Pick Up or Inspection between the hours of 8:30am to 2:30pm Monday thru Friday. Please call and schedule an appointment. No walk-in appointments allowed. **** All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Paint may be faded, chipped, and/or rusted. Parts may be missing or broken. Questions can only be answered during normal operating business hours. *Buyer is responsible for loading items themselves. *Buyer will be responsible for removal of all items in the auction in a timely manner. *Buyer must provide a copy of their Driver’s License/State issued Identification with the release. A copy of your driver license will need to be provided at the time of pick up. *Buyer if using a Third party to pick up the items. Buyer is required to provide an Authorization of Release form located on the Govdeals website under the Information tab. The form is titled "Authorization to Release (copy)" and is dated January 20, 2022. This item is not located at 109 SE 13th Street. It is located at another location within the Capitol Complex.
