Automatic carriage with 4 speeds and 3 stroke lengths. Zero-exposure knife design with integrated interlocks. Tilting/removable carriage system for sanitation. Anodized aluminum base for durability and easy cleaning. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Expected to power on, operate normally, and slice product. Some cosmetic wear typical of commercial use may be present. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday 8:00am - 3:00pm CST, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on weekends and holidays.
