The Successful Bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to melinda.jenkins@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Overview This lot contains (2) respiratory tract endoscopes/bronchoscopes. The equipment is classified in salvage condition. Both endoscopes are inoperable and may require significant repairs or parts replacement. Key Features Respiratory tract examination capability. Bronchoscope functionality for airway visualization. Condition & Markings This lot is in salvage condition. Parts are missing, and repairs are required. Both endoscopes are inoperable. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. The successful bidder must ensure that they have the resources, equipment and personnel to remove the goods purchased. Please ensure that you have a vehicle at least 3FT tall to upload items from the dock to your trailer. The successful bidder will be totally responsible for moving items from the dock to their vehicle. The entire lot is expected to be removed on the day of pick up. The successful bidder must schedule pick up of the equipment and the POC for scheduling pick up is Edward Whitehead (NX Inventory Specialist) @ 601-362-4471 EXT 5-5281 or by email at Edward.whitehead@va.gov .
