The Successful Bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to melinda.jenkins@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Overview This lot contains (1) Midmark 625 Exam Table, (1) Bariatric Blood Draw Chair Model CLN-6361, and (1) Portable Respirator Model BIPAP V30 AUTO. The lot is classified in repairable condition. The exam table was purchased in 2017 and is in usable condition, while the blood draw chair and portable respirator were purchased in 2019 and 2020 respectively and are both in repairable condition. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays.
