Purchaser must sign a Medical Device Statement of Intent and a Hold Harmless Form located in the Additional Documents section and email to melinda.jenkins@gsa.gov. The item will not be awarded to the bidder until the attached paperwork is completed and returned to the sales contracting officer. Overview (1) Lumenis 30C CO2 laser console, a medical-grade surgical laser system commonly used in operating rooms, dermatology, ENT, gynecology, oral surgery, and general soft-tissue applications. The system is an upright floor-standing laser generator with a front control panel, cooling vents, rear connection ports, and a movable laser arm or handpiece mount. This lot is in used condition. Compatibility with Lumenis CO2 handpieces and articulated arms. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Item has not been tested for functionality and operational status is unknown. Unit marked "OUT OF SERVICE" indicating previous facility removed it from clinical use . Moderate cosmetic wear including surface scuffs on front housing, minor scratches on side panels, and small dents in isolated spots . Control panel appears intact with no missing buttons observed . Console only - no laser handpiece, articulated arm, footswitch, or accessories visible . Attached cables stored on rear storage hook . Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday during the hours of 8:00AM-4:00PM, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays.
