The Successful Bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to melinda.jenkins@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Overview Connex 6500 vital signs monitor designed to provide continuous audible and visual indications of blood pressure, pulse rate and temperature simultaneously. This lot is in used condition. The electronic portable monitor includes display panel meters and alarm system. The unit may be used in intensive care units, operating rooms and recovery rooms with rack mounting or self-contained cabinet style configuration. Please contact local custodian to schedule appointments. The site is closed on weekends and holidays. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchasers receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Additional Information: Packing materials for shipping and handling are not available. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and handling. Property requiring more than one individual to load should be augmented by additional pick-up labor. Repairs of property are not permitted on the location site.
