The Successful Bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to melinda.jenkins@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Overview This lot contains (2) Stryker Malis Bipolar Generators purchased in 2018, (1) Stryker Irrigator purchased in 2009, and (1) Friedrich & Dimmock Humidifier purchased in 2019. The items are classified in usable condition. Items come as pictured with no maintenance records available. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. No maintenance records are available for any of the items. The absence of any known deficiencies does not mean that none exists. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
