Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Items are sold as a complete lot of 7 pallets with various medical supplies and equipment. Detailed inventory information is available in attached excel spreadsheets. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available 8:30am - 3:30pm Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), by confirmed appointment only. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchasers receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Additional Information: Successful bidders should contact the custodian prior to removal for specific building and loading policies. Bidders must comply with all building rules and policies during the removal process. Requests for extensions on removal can only be granted by GSA in writing.
