Purchaser must sign a Medical Device Statement of Intent and a Hold Harmless Form located in the Additional Documents section and email to melinda.jenkins@gsa.gov. The item will not be awarded to the bidder until the attached paperwork is completed and returned to the sales contracting officer. Condition & Markings This lot is in new condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Inspection is highly recommended prior to bidding.
