The Successful Bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to michelle.etsitty@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Required for Professional Use Intention and/or License Verification. Overview Medical supply lot containing: (3 cases) of brand new 3-spike model 2516 universal 3-bag disposables and (7 each) LMA fastrach adult syringes. Key Features LMA fastrach adult syringes included. Extended shelf life with 2028 expiration dates. Compact storage dimensions of approximately 25x17x45 inches for all boxes. Items remain in original packaging with one box opened for inspection. Condition & Markings This lot is in new condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. All items remain sealed in original packaging except for one opened box. No visible damage or deterioration noted. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 3:00pm, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchasers receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
