The Medoc TSA II NeuroSensory Analyzer is a computer-controlled medical device widely considered the global gold standard for Quantitative Sensory Testing (QST). Manufactured by Medoc Advanced Medical Systems, it is specifically engineered to measure and document sensory thresholds by delivering highly precise, repeatable thermal and vibratory stimuli. It serves as a vital diagnostic tool in neurology, endocrinology, and chronic pain management.  Core Clinical Capabilities Small Fiber Evaluation: Assesses small-caliber nerve fibers (A-Delta and C-fibers) by determining exact detection and pain thresholds for heat and cold.  Large Fiber Evaluation: Integrates with the VSA-3000 Vibratory Sensory Analyzer module to assess large-caliber A-Beta nerve fibers using vibratory perception thresholds.  Sensory Modalities: Tests for a patient's perception of warmth, cold, heat-induced pain, cold-induced pain, and vibration.
