Winning bidder will be responsible for PICK UP of the item. Pickup is available Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 4:00 by appointment. UT Martin will NOT prepare items for shipping. It is Buyer’s responsibility to box, palletize or anything necessary for items to be removed from property. Please do not ask if we will mail if prepaid label is sent as will NOT mail. If the winning bidder is sending someone to pick up in their place, an authorization release form must be submitted as well as a copy of the buyers I.D. We will email the form to you upon request. These items are required for another person to pick-up in your place. No shipping is offered. No preparation (packing, taping, boxing shrink wrap or anything of need) is offered. It will be the buyer’s responsibility to arrange pickup and anything required to remove items from UTM property. No forklift assistance is available.
