Auction is for one Milwaukee brand circular saw: - Model: 7 1/4" Tilt-Lok; Serial 983B400410391 - Purchased in 2001 and taken out of service over 10 years ago - Working condition unknown Item is used and comes from a maintenance activity aboard a military installation. Working condition unknown on equipment. We do not ship, nor do we have packing material for this large quantity of items. Winning bidder is responsible for pick-up and removal of all items. Reserve will not be divulged due to policies that are in place. Sold as is. No returns or exchanges. No warranty expressed or implied. Bidders are encouraged to inspect item(s) properly "PRIOR" to bidding. See inspecting instructions below. Appointments must be made for pick-ups. SPECIAL NOTE: Failure to follow payment terms (within five business days of the time and date one the buyer's certificate) or removal terms (within ten business days of the time and date on the buyer's certificate) will result in default.
