Your name or company name, complete address and phone number as well as a copy of your Driver's License. We must receive the letter and copy of license before we release any item. Payments must be made within five (5) BUSINESS days of the auctions close either online via credit card or wire transfer. All purchased items must be picked up and removed from the premises within five (5) business days from the date payment is successfully cleared. Your bid is a decision to buy this item. Customers will not be allowed to view an item and then decide whether or not they will buy it. Ample time is provided to view items before the auction ends. Management reserves the right to block/ban customers who abandon property or refuse to pay for an item, or for any other reason in the best interests of the City.
