Full Description
The following items are being sold at auction as a result of tobacco seizures in violation of TCA 67-4-1019. Tobacco – 3983 packs of misc. cigarettes. If the purchaser is not a licensed wholesaler, the purchaser must first purchase from the Department of Revenue tobacco stamps ($.62 per pack or $1385.08) before the lot can be released to the purchaser. The tobacco stamps are paid for at time of pick up by cash, cashier’s check, or money order. Items sold as is and not eligible for inspection.
