The buyer is responsible for all costs, labor, and equipment to remove the item. • Bidders can inspect these items prior to bidding. All public inspection is done by appointment only. • Individuals scheduling appointments will call to confirm appointments and be asked screening questions prior to them arriving. Any yes answers would result in a rescheduling appointment. • No appointment will be allowed in the facility. • Any person other than the buyer is required to show an Authorization of Release Form (attached) signed by the buyer and giving permission for the asset to be released.
