* **Closed Sept 7th For Labor Day Cases Cello Qty 5 Violin Qty 3 * **Shipping/Packaging:** Proper packing materials are not available for these instruments. **Before bidding, contact UPS or FedEx Store for an estimate of shipping and packaging costs.** * **Condition:** Used. Items may have scratches, dents, fading, and other signs of wear. **Buyer Removal and Load-Out Requirements** Buyer is responsible for the removal and securing of the load. Buyers are **not permitted to perform any work on the item while on site.** Assistance may be provided for load-out, and all applicable site rules and procedures must be followed. The facility requires **48 hours' advance notice** prior to scheduling pickup of an awarded item to allow adequate time for scheduling. * Pick-up appointments are available **Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM ET only.** * Lunch closure: **12:00 PM–12:30 PM ET.** * **No Friday pick-ups.** * **24-hour advance notice is required for all appointments.** * Buyers may be turned away if they arrive without a scheduled appointment. **Inspection and Condition** Pictures may be included as part of the description but should only be relied upon as a reasonable representation of the item(s) listed. **Physical inspection of the property is encouraged and highly recommended before bidding.** The buyer is responsible for bringing all equipment necessary to safely load and remove the item(s), including, but not limited to, a trailer, winch, jump starter, air compressor, dollies, tools, and any other necessary equipment. **Round Rock ISD is unable to provide equipment or manpower for removal.** **Payment and Pick-Up Deadline** **EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY**, buyers have **10 business days** from the auction closing date to complete payment and pick up the awarded item(s). **EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY**, buyers must provide **at least 24 hours' advance notice** when scheduling a pick-up appointment. Buyers without a scheduled appointment may be turned away. **Required Documentation** Before any item will be released for shipment or removal, the following must be scanned and emailed to **[surplus@roundrockisd.org](mailto:surplus@roundrockisd.org)**: 1. A signed Release of Authorization 2. A signed Bill of Sale 3. A copy of the buyer's valid driver's license **Background Items** Background items or other property may appear in photographs but are **NOT included** in the sale unless specifically identified and named in the listing. **IMPORTANT:** By placing a bid, the buyer acknowledges and accepts these terms and is responsible for inspecting the item, determining the appropriate method of removal, and providing all necessary equipment and resources for safe removal.
