Items may include capacitors, electrical wire, Schrader valves, line tap valves, transformers, thermocouples, thermostat guards, coupler assemblies, Senco staples, gas valves, fan motors, door stops, hinges, plumbing parts, assorted nuts and bolts, plastic anchors, and various other surplus items. Everything is being sold together as ONE LOT and will not be separated. Items are sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantee as to condition, quantity, completeness, functionality, or suitability for use. Due to the miscellaneous nature of this lot, we cannot provide detailed information, individual counts, specifications, or condition reports on each item. Site visits are welcome and strongly encouraged prior to bidding. Bidders are responsible for inspecting the lot and determining its contents and condition before placing a bid. The surplus will be boxed and placed on a pallet for transport. The winning bidder is responsible for loading, transportation, and removal of the entire lot.
