This auction is for one pallet containing a mixed assortment of commercial/enterprise-grade servers, networking equipment, storage/server chassis, and related IT hardware. Equipment consists primarily of HP and Dell enterprise hardware along with networking/security equipment. Visible equipment includes, but is not limited to: - HP ProLiant rackmount and tower server equipment, including an HP ProLiant DL385p Gen8 - Multiple Dell PowerEdge rackmount server units - HP ProCurve E5406 zl modular network switch with installed modules - Palo Alto Networks PA-5020 network security/firewall appliance - HP server/storage chassis and drive-bay equipment - Additional rackmount server/network/storage equipment - Various installed power supplies, fans, expansion cards/modules, drive caddies, rails and other components as pictured IMPORTANT: The seller has not completed a detailed inventory of processors, memory, expansion cards, power supplies, motherboards, networking modules, or other internal components. Hard drives/data-bearing devices have been removed or processed in accordance with the seller's ITAD/data-security procedures where applicable. Buyers should assume hard drives are NOT included unless clearly shown and specifically stated otherwise. All equipment is USED AND UNTESTED. No guarantee is made regarding functionality, completeness, configuration, compatibility, or remaining service life. Units may have missing drives, drive caddies, RAM, processors, cards, modules, covers, rails, cables, power cords, or other components. Some equipment may be incomplete or intended for parts/repair. Items show normal signs of previous commercial use including scratches, scuffs, dust, labels, markings and other cosmetic wear. Please review ALL photographs carefully. Photographs are considered part of the description and represent the actual equipment included in this auction. INSPECTION: Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the equipment prior to bidding. Inspection is available by appointment during normal business hours. Buyers are responsible for determining equipment condition, completeness and suitability before placing a bid. CONDITION: All equipment is being sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted. PICKUP/SHIPPING: Upon payment, the winning bidder must contact the warehouse to schedule pickup. Buyer is responsible for all transportation, freight, shipping and associated costs. If using a freight carrier, buyer must provide the appropriate Bill of Lading (BOL) and/or prepaid shipping documentation.
