Buyers may provide a prepaid shipping label or request that we arrange shipping at current carrier rates plus the $20 packaging and handling fee. For shipped items, the buyer must provide a completed Buyer Certificate, a valid government-issued photo ID, and the shipping address must exactly match the address on the Buyer Certificate.
